I received 4 phone calls this week from people in New Jersey looking for Clearwater real estate? I'm stumped, I have looked all over to see if there was a news article in a major New Jersey paper about Clearwater, Florida or if our website is ranked for something like New Jersey to Florida relocation but I can't find anything. Has anyone else locally had calls from New Jersey residents. I'm starting to think that there might have been a commercial about this area or maybe something on the News.
I'm hoping that this is a sign that people are changing there minds about the current real estate market. Prices around Pinellas County have dropped and there is a huge influx of new listing on the market. It couldn't be a better time to be looking for Clearwater real estate, I just don't think the buyers are ready yet.
