Currently I am one of Arizona's Top Short Sale Realtors. I have been involved in the Real Estate industry for a little over a decade, and have proved a 95% success rate in completing or assisting in Short Sales. Always seeking to build upon and expand my existing Short Sale and REO business, I have been active with these transactions since 2006. I am ready and able to put my great knowledge of Real Estate and negotiation skills to work for you.
My wife and I were active Real Estate investors before becoming a Realtor 5 years ago in 2006. It started in 2003, when I was involved in my first Short Sale transaction and have been hooked ever since. I find myself constantly pushing myself to learn more about this industry, and I take my education very seriously. As of right now I have completed over 300 hours of continuing education credits (from 2006-2011), Keller Williams Mega Camp for the last 2 years in a row, and attended Five Star Conference. I became Equator Platinum REO Short Sale Certified this year, as well as a member of the Arizona Association of Realtors Master of Real Estate Society. Long name, yes, but a very elite class that I am proud to be a part of.
Out of all my experiences in life, Real Estate has always felt like my calling. It was not until halfway through my venture with Real Estate investing that I harnessed my negotiation skills and really took off with Short Sales and REO's. When I first became a Realtor I was working with Prudential Foothills. This was a great jumping off point and a place where I really transitioned well from investing into learning all aspects of a Real Estate transaction. From there I transferred to RE/MAX, where I became a part of the RE/MAX All Executives Club and stayed there for about 3 great years of my career. Since July of 2010, I have been a proud Realtor at Keller Williams Southern Arizona division. This path has definitely been a grand adventure, where I have constantly been growing and evolving into the great Agent that I am today.
Arizona is a great home. I have lived here for a long time and know this area very well. My area's of expertise are widespread between Pima County, Southern Pinal County, and Northern Cochise County.
