Belmont: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance located on NW 143rd Street (AKA 241N) in the Jonesville area.
Blues Creek Garden Homes: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is on NW 43rd Street extension, north of Millhopper Road.
Broadmoor: Located in NW Gainesville. There are two entrances to this subdivision on W. Newberry Rd. at NW 106th St, and the other is located on NW 98th Street.
Capri: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is located on NW 34th Street, north of NW 39th Avenue.
Cobblefield: Located in SW Gainesville. There are two entrances to this subdivision, one on SW 8th Avenue west of Tower Rd, and the other is on SW 91st Street, south of SW 8th Avenue.
Garison Way: Located in SW Gainesville. Entrance is located on the east side of SW 75th Street, south of SW 24th Avenue.
Hickory Forest: Located in SW Gainesville. Entrance is located on the north side of Archer Road, west of SW 75th Street.
Long Leaf: Located in SW Gainesville. Entrance is located on the south side of Archer Rd at SW 88th Street. Turn Left at the traffic circle to enter Long Leaf.
Meadowbrook: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrace is located on NW 98th Street just south of NW 39th Avenue. Note: This is a public golf course community too.
Mentone: Located in SW Gainesville. Entrances are on the south side of Archer Rd, west of SW 75th Street.
Northridge: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is located on NW 83rd Street, just south of NW 39th Avenue.
Palm Grove: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is located on NW 39th Avenue at NW 25th Terrace.
Patio Homes of West End: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is located on the north side of W. Newberry Rd at NW 124th Street. This community borders a public golf course - West End Golf Course.
Sorrento: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is located on Millhopper Road, just west of US 441/ NW 13th Street.
South Pointe: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is located on the north side of W. Newberry Rd at NW 118th Drive.
Town of Tioga: Located in SW Gainesville. Entrance is located on the south side of W. Newberry Rd in the Jonesville area at SW 131st Street.
Turkey Creek Forest: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is located on US 441 (NW 13th St) at NW 86th Street. This is a +55 Community.
Westchester: Located in NW Gainesville. Entrance is located on west side of NW 43rd St., north of Millhopper Road.
Willow Oak: Located in SW Gainesville. Entrance is located on the south side of Archer Rd at SW 88th Street.
