A very positive sign for prospective Oakdale MN home seller's is that the average length of time a home is on the market prior till sale is finally starting to decline. The number of days on market from October 2010 thru September 2011 declined 5.7%, or by 8 days. The average days on market declined by a whole 7.4% from September of 2009 through September of 2011. Definitely progress albeit slowly.
