Elevator Speech Contest - Cathy Bureau

When somebody asks me about what I do or how I am different, it is really important to be concise and brief.  That's not me by nature so I had to come up with something I would say to avoid losing attention span.  I've had this down pat for some time:

"I help you buy, sell, build or renovate to save you money on your utilities, improve the quality of your health with healthy indoor air quality, & increase the value of your investment."

I think it takes 10 seconds to say, which I've heard many say is the new time frame for a unique value proposition during our rapid information technology age. The video is slightly longer as I slow it down and provide my contact information as well.
