The hardships suffered through the U.S. real estate market has many people a spooked when it comes to purchasing a home. Even though Florida homes and other coastal cities are selling luxury homes and listing condos for sale, other cities in the U.S. are experiencing somewhat the opposite with a slow recovery.
Experts are optomistic in their predictions that the hardest hit cities are on the road to recovery.
