Vail Resorts officially kicks off the 2011-2012 season today with the opening of Keystone. It’s been cold and snowy these last couple weeks, putting everyone in a great mood with the opening dates of the Vail Resorts mountains on the horizon. And today, it’s go time!
Its time to switch your summer gear out for skis, snowboards, snowshoes and all your winter layers. This weekend, my biking and hiking gear will take a back-seat for all things winter related. With temps reaching the single digits already this week, it already looks like we are in for a great winter!
