I love it when it's Day Light Savings and we turn back the clocks at 2:00 on Sunday morning. Of coure, I do it the night before, but when I wake up, I start thinking of the many things I can do with the extra hour I have. I plan on catching up on my files, reading a book, doing extra yard work outside or even reviewing my emails that tend to pile up.
What did I decide to do? Well, I softly say I slept the extra hour away and it felt fantastic. An extra hour of sleep was glorious yesterday. I caught up on some zzzzz's that I needed. It was the best decision I made.
