More Buyers than Sellers ... what's up with that ?

The Real Estate inventory in Mountain View Country Club has dropped to 3 year low ,  I have currently more buyers than sellers ..... where is the inventory?   Am I the only one in this country that has more buyers than sellers ?

Rob - I am seeing buyers but waiting patiently for the 'buys..'    so perhaps more buyers...  or cunning people waiting for higher priced properties to drop to their price range?
