Chicago, IL, November 16, 2011 —The National Association of REALTORS® and its Resort and Second-Home Real Estate Committee announces that Don Urschalitz has won the Resort and Second Home Property Specialists (RSPS) “Rising Star” award. This award honors REALTOR® members who are making the most of their newly obtained RSPS certification. This year’s recipient will receive an engraved plaque and a free registration to the 2012 Resort and Second-Home Symposium.
Urschalitz, from Palm Beach County, FL, has been a resident of Broward and Palm Beach Counties for over 33 years. Don is the chair of the Florida REALTORS® 2012 Resort and Second-Home Forum. Living and working in the resort area of South Florida, Don believes that the RSPS certification speaks volumes to his clients that are considering a second home in sunny Florida. Due to his training for the RSPS certification, Don believes that it has allowed him to explain to his clients his ability to find them the perfect resort or second-home property He has brought a contagious enthusiasm to the Resort community in Florida and has branded himself by using his RSPS certification.
In order to receive the award, nominees must be members in good standing with NAR, hold the RSPS certification, act as sources of knowledge for the resort and/or second-home real estate sector, and have made a new impact on the resort and second home community.
NAR and the Resort and Second-Home Real Estate Committee are pleased to provide Don with this award. He was recognized at the 2011 REALTORS® Conference & Expo in Anaheim, CA, in early November, and will be recognized again at the 2012 Resort and Second-Home Symposium on Kiawah Island, SC, taking place in March 2012.
