I put mortgage flyers out in around 30 new homes built by Savvy Homes in Fayetteville, NC today and was impressed with the construction details. All the homes have similiar features that included a great room with carpet or hardwood, nice kitchens with granite counter tops, nice hardware, nice doors, nice landscaping, 9' smooth ceilings, large rooms, 2 car garages and nicely landscaped yards. They are building these homes on smaller lots for less maintenance that helps keep the price down. With all of these features, they are selling for around $63 per square foot.
These new home neighborhoods in the Fayetteville market are all very attractive with nice street amenities too.
