Finally settling down to write about Friday Day 2 for our December Challenge.
I was up early to compile sales numbers for my November Market Reports. I had 12 to do. I now have them finished so I can get them input into my computer and posted.
I also followed up with a Buyer that looked like she needed to wait to buy. After she talked with one of my reputable lenders, it looks as though we might be able to have a pre-appoval letter by Monday!
