The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review of homes sold for the first eleven months of 2011 compared with the same period in 2010 for Blackhawk. The Blackhawk market has been steady year over year. Median sales prices of single family homes have gotten a boost, despite a reduction in home sales, as the year has progressed. The marketing times for both attached and detached homes has remained steady. The data for attached homes is really too small to make any major conclusion but pricing has softened. Several large estates have also sold with their transfer prices being reported at zero or $1.
