What a great day we had! There were so many powerful and professional people that came together at the PMAC University room to hear from some of our own peers help us win the Crisis we have on Price.
I believe that alot was learned and shared by Andy Clark, Marion Proffitt and Jeanette Young. They have some extra ordinary numbers and ideas that has kept them ahead of this market and getting their listings sold.
Then to hear about the "California Crash" from Mr. Bruce Norris, a Real Estate Analyst, give us the facts, numbers and statsn as to how we got here and what the trends have shown us as to what we should expect in the coming years was astounding.
It was also so cool to have two Principal Planners from Chino, Nick Ligouri and Chino Hills, Henry Noh, come and share with us the growth in the city. It was very encouraging.
With over 130 registrants we had a packed house of 110 participants, a free lunch and networking time and a terrific opportunity to come together and raise money for the United Way.
It was so cool to have a group of professionals have a great time and give back in less than five minutes $900.00.
I am so proud to be in an industry of such giving people.
I can't wait for our next event tentatively planned for January 24th, 2008.

that was raffled off by me to one winner and a guest. Terrific stuff was shared that day.

I am deeply devoted on finding a way to create a world record of Realtors coming together in my office and in the community and unclogging our inventory so those that are truly motivated can get their homes sold.
