IPHONE? Any Use it for Real Estate?

By
Real Estate Agent
Well i'm a new Agent & am trying not to make to many "rookie" mistakes, so i have the cool cards, working on my Site as much as possible, but i think i'm gonna have to get a "Super Phone" "smart phone" or what ever they call'em in the business to go along with my SuperSite & supra Key & all the other supa-dupa stuff that comes long with being a Realtor.

So anyone using this Iphoe thing for Real Estate & how do you like it? pros/cons? Help a new kid on the block get to the next leave... thank you AR friends.

The iPhone is great for real estate.

- All your contacts are on it.

- The phone can locate where you are on Google Maps and help you find things right around you.

- You can view faxes received as PDF while on the road.

- You can access websites on the road.

- Conference calling is simple.

If you didn't end up getting the iPhone, now's the time.  The iPhone 3G is coming to stores July 11.  Twice as fast download/internet speeds, and the 8GB version is only $199!  I've been holding out, and will be getting one on the 11th.  It's by far the best phone out there for any purpose, Real Estate included.  For the record, I've had a Pocket PC/phone for the last 5 or 6 yrs.
