Evening Jingle Bell Carriage Rides
Every Weekend in December and the week of Christmas.
5 pm to 8pm - leave every 1/2 hour
Bring the whole family to have some holiday fun; experience a jingle bell carriage ride, with holiday music, cookies, bring some hot chocolate and warm blankets. Travel down Caroline Street to see the decorated store windows and wind your way down lower Prince Ann Street, which has some of most grand homes in town.

Carriages load and unload at the Fredericksburg City Visitor Center located on Caroline Street. During our regular 25-30 minute tour, you will learn about the area's history, buildings, and the famous individuals who were once part of the most "History City" in the United States.
Fredericksburg was built at the fall line of the scenic Rappahannock River, explored by Captain John Smith and was the home to the Washingtons'. Learn about George Washington, Robert E. Lee, Hugh Mercer, James Monroe and the conflict between the Union and Confederate forces.
