I Came, I Saw, and I Kicked Your Ass and I'm not done yet. 2011 has been pretty damn sore due to the fact that I have been kicking its ass all year. At this time I am 1 closed transaction from having my best year. There is a cash offer that I have in escrow with a buyer but the title company said it will be tough to get closed before Dec. 31 so it will close in early January. I also have another property, my listing, getting an offer that we agreed on price and terms written up as soon as I meet with the sellers. I have several listings and a few of them I just price corrected and they will be getting offers on them.
2012 is going to not only get it's ass kicked by me but I will be knocking it out. I put a team together and we are going to work "Full Steam Ahead" to triple my productivity. I see a new Harley Davidson cruiser being bought in 2012.
North Allegheny County and South Butler County are going to take much more notice of my team.
When there are alot of real estate agents leaving the business and others doing less business I have been "Crushing It" and going to help so many people with their real estate needs.
