The idea of a real estate transfer tax and the effects that it has would hurt the housing market in many different ways. These would have accumulative effect of further stress on an already fragile market. Having sound budget programs would be the first step in analysing the needs of a particular state. Main stream America works hard and does not deserve the the burden of paying over and over again. Please support efforts to stop or eliminate the real estate tax where ever you are. Simple letters and/or emails will help.
