For the last hour my friend Gary Miljour has shown me how to set up my profile and how to blog. I am really looking forward to meeting many other professionals in our industry. I am interested in learning how to blog and hopefully attract more business through the Internet.
If anyone has suggestion to get me started or anything for me to read on blogging or Internet marketing please feel free to send me that information.

Welcome, Welcome. Your profile is really looking good. I would just snoop around and read and check out some of the "tech" blogs to help you enhance your web presence. I am pretty new too and have found that within hours of writing Localism blogs they are on page one of Google - Anyway just write about things you are passionate about. :)

There are countless articles on how to blog effectively for business - but I haven't read one of them. Blogging is as much about making contacts and letting your personality shine through as much as it is about search engine optimization. Pick up bits and pieces as you go to learn how to direct your blog to your intended targets, but I would recommend focusing on your content and message primarily. People want to know YOU, not just your information. I'll be reading what you have to say, and will offer any advice that I think might be helpful. I'm up in Scottsdale, so I look forward to seeing your perspective from the SE Valley. The best tip I have for now is to have fun. If you enjoy this part of your business plan, you are much more likely to stick with it. Good luck!
