Nicole, I am sure there is a multi-generational family who would just love to own a home with a in-ground pool, with extra garage space along with a detached guest space! People here in Northern Virginia who are thinking of packing up and moving to a lower cost area, would be amazed at the value of homes in Nevada based on the home you have listed at 3353 W Cactus Ave, Las Vegas, NV, 89141.
