Hi Gina

This home looks great. Do you usually stage new construction/model homes? It seems I get all the older homes with their older furnishings, best of luck

Hi, thanks Phyllis- yes so far that is almost all of what I have done.   I have only staged one home that was occupied all the others have been vacant and either newly built or newly remodeled. There is a lot of new construciton in my area.  I really enjoy staging empty homes because I have complete creative freedom.  I have picked paint colors and carpet for most of them.

About half of these jobs are from meeting agents at open houses and the other half have been referrals from these agents once I have worked with them.

Gina - It is stunning.  I pretty much only do occupied homes.  There are almost no new homes here - I'd love to try it though.  Do you use rental furniture?  What company?

PS - I memed you in my blog. Tag I'm it
