The San Ramon/Danville broker's tour for January 5th highlighted several homes for buyers to consider. As this is the first week of the year, there weren't many homes on the tour. I visited eight homes.

- A cute house in the Northridge area located on a corner lot. One story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with really nice Brazillian cherry hardwood floors - $688,000
- Privacy & views in this remodeled Blackhawk 4 bedroom 3 bath house. Sitting outside and enjoying the views makes for a relaxing end to any day - well priced at $1,079,000.
- Alamo Creek 3 bedroom one story, only four years old. The homeowners spared no expense with the upgrades throughout. $699,999
- A really good buy in the Bridges. One story 3 bedroom 2 bath with formal dining. A lot of thought and money went into the design of the back yard with a waterfall that empties into a pond. Views of the golf course can be seen from swing at the top of the stairs. $669,000.
- Canyon Lakes-Vista Point 4 bedroom 3 bath open floor plan. Bedroom and bath on the first floor - or perfect for an office. Two sided fireplace in the master bedroom and sitting area. $649,900
- Twin Creeks impecible condition. Home shows really nice 4 bedroom 3 bath, remodeled with new windows, hardwood floors, kitchen and more. This one is probably already gone as prospective buyers were taking advantage of the open house. $619,000
