What if?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

We have many many pet owners here in the Rain that treat their pets as good if not better than many kids are treated.

Now, that being said, Dog owners...what if you dog was a teacher. What would you learn?

YOU WOULD LEARN:

When loved ones came home, always run and greet them.

Never pass up the opportunity for a joy ride.

Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face with pure pleasure.

When in your best interest, practice obedience.

Let others know when they have invaded your territory.

Take Naps!

Stretch before rising, run, romp and play every day.

Thrive on attention and let people touch you.

Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.

Be loyal, never pretend to be something you are not.

If you want what lies beneath you, dig a little deeper.

I think that these are very good ideas to live by!

Profit from my two decades of experience

William-animal behavior is pretty simple stuff if we just watch and learn.  Good stuff.

William:  I think your list of items shows why dogs may be treated extra special by humans, plus they cannot talk back!

I've learned that I'm tired of taking my dog out every hour to go to the bathroom and wished they could learn to use the toilet!

I got a chuckle out of these....and that picture.  Never bite when a growl will do....very good advice.

Most of these really are just common sense in our lives in general.  Listening to the pets just makes it more real

I just lost my dog after 16 years.  It is like my son died.  Many of the above lines refer directly to my best friend.
