With all of the new loan programs rolling out, the interest rates lower than they have been in a long time and more inventory on the market than we know what to do with, I am having some trouble getting my Buyers to get off the fence.

Key Bank offers an absolute NO money down program that also is a loan without any mortgage insurance. It's a no brainer!

HUD is now offering the incentive of $100 gets you in and they will pay 3% closing costs, again a no brainer!

There are so many options for Buyers I think they are getting a bit overwhelmed with all of the opportunities for potential in a new home. On the hand you have the folks who think “I will just wait a little bit longer just to see how low home prices will drop”

In Utah right now it seems that prices have now leveled along with inventory, hopefully we can educate our Clients that now IS the perfect time to buy!

I had 5 buyers tell me they think that prices are still going to come down. I sent them to articles indicating the opposite.
