Interesting year in Medway for Real Estate Sales. It's been a long while since a home for as low as $112k but a small cape in need of repair did sell for that price in 2011 - the lowest price point for a single family home - On the flip side we had another home sell in the new Applegate Development that sold for $1.38 million - Those were the extremes - We had a solid year on the high end and had a few real bargains in town.
