Another simple chart of the "average" days on the market and sale price to list price ration for the year 2011 of single family homes that are 3 bedroom and 2 baths.
My take on the sale price to list price ratio is that homes are selling at close to the asking price because homes in this market are being priced at market price, interests are low, and buyer confidence is up. Average days on the market DOM is not bad either when you consider that about 1/3 at least of the market is short sale/foreclosure or some type of distressed sale.
