Joy Daniels Referral Associates, a division of the Joy Daniels Real Estate Group, is an independent company that provides individuals with active real estate licenses a way to conveniently make money through our referral program.
How it works:
If you know anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate, contact us with their information and we will place your referral with one of our agents. All you need to do is provide a name, address, phone number or email. Start generating a lucrative income on a flexible schedule today!

Who Is Eligible:
- If you have an active real estate license in Pennsylvania
- If your license is inactive, you can activate it with Joy Daniels Referral Associates
- If you are just getting your license
Cost:
The one time membership fee to join Joy Daniels Referral Associates is $175, but the first 20 applicants will have their membership fees waived. In order to stay active in the program, members will be expected to complete one referral per year.
If you are not currently licensed, but feel you would fit into this group- the cost to get a PA license is about $500 (classes, exam & licensing).
