How about the McDowell Mountain Aquatic Center. This is a fantastic city pool located in McDowell Mountain Ranch. This 35-acre park is home to a skate park, soccer fields, ball fields, a fitness center and an aquatic center. Practice your swimming strokes in the eight-lane lap pool, or work on your diving technique on one of four diving boards. Less serious swimmers can glide down the tube water slide or lounge on a tube in the lazy river. Grassy sections and shaded areas throughout the park make ideal gathering spots.
