Fire Truck manufacturer is moving to Fort Collins. Yet another reason that the front range area of Colorado is starting to pick up steam. If you read my previous blogs, you will see that Kaiser is starting to merge up north in the Loveland and Fort Collins area, we have the Leprino Cheese Factory in Greeley and the US Army base training out here in Loveland. With businesses coming or expanding in this area, I forsee that the housing market will be picking up and soon.
Super Vacuum Manufacturing, which has been in business since 1954 out of Loveland, CO has been making ventilation equipment for fire trucks. Super Vac which builds under the name SVI Trucks builds about 60 fire trucks a year. These trucks go to fire departments all over the world including Brazil, New York City amd Hawaii to name a few. They have approximately 150 people. Their company is expanding to a 28 acres parcel right off of the main interstate.
This is great news for investors who can pick up some houses with really low interest rates for the rental market and for relocators coming for these businesses.
Just another reason why Larimer and Weld Counties are the go to place for your relocation considerations. Please contact me for additional information.
