Who is getting the leads from your listings? Trulia and Zillow

I have advocated only letting  lisitngs be put on Realtors and sites controlled by Realtors since 97, was told by boards around the country that we owe it to our customers was even fined for a listing being misrepresented on one of these sites because it was sold and not active. We need to pull em from the newspapers as well. The only place our listings should be is Realtor sites and sites controlled by realtors, then we won't have to buy our leads and we can safely put control back into the market. We owe it to our customers to have correct MLS data whereever our listings are presented.

How are you handling your MLS Data?    Are you sharing your listings to Zillow and Trulia?

Do they run ads beside your listings with another agents contact details?

Welcome to the new world of aggregators on the internet.

What will you do?

What will you ask your Broker of Record to do?

Is this what will happen for us in Toronto Real Estate as more people IDX and VOW?

Professional and Persistent in getting things done.

You are right -- not sure how we get the mass majority of the Realtors to think this way however.
