Sixty-three single-family homes were sold in Rancho Cucamonga during October, according to DQ News, which charts changes in the sales price of single-family homes and condominiums.

In Rancho Cucamonga Zip Code 91701, DQ News said 20 single-family homes were sold in October with a median price of $419,000, a 19.4 percent drop from October 2006. Two condos was sold in that area, with a median price of $322,000, a 10.2  percent drop from October. 2006.

In Rancho Cucamonga Zip Code 91730, DQ News said 20 single-family homes were sold in October with a median price of $440,000, a 5.8 percent drop from October 2006. Fourteen condos were sold in that area, with a median price of $310,000, a 15.8 percent drop from October. 2006.

In Rancho Cucamonga Zip Code 91737, DQ News said 12 single-family homes were sold in October with a median price of $700,000, a 15.7 percent increase from October 2006. Two condos were sold in that area, with a median price of $224,000, a 15.5 percent drop from October. 2006.

In Rancho Cucamonga Zip Code 91739, DQ News said 11 single-family homes were sold in October with a median price of $449,000, a 24.3 percent drop from October 2006.

In Rancho Cucamonga, 62 new listings were added in the week ending Nov. 18, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, which said a total of 1,214 homes were offered for sale on Nov. 18, including 825 single-family homes with no monthly fees and 389 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in associations. One hundred six homes were reportedly in escrow on Nov. 18, according to the MLS.
