The ultimate time to invest is as early as possible; imagine being 28 years old and by the age of 32 owning at least 4 investment properties.  You can literally build over $1,200,000 in equity over a 15 year period of time.  How old would you be then, lets say 32+15 = 47 years old!  Add on top of that your other savings and a personal residence that has also been appreciating.  You definitely have the option to seriously consider a slower pace of life by age 50.

If you are past your 30's it is even more important to add real estate to your portfolio.  This will be one of the vehicles to accelerate building the wealth you need for a comfortable and secure retirement. 

By wisely building your credit worthiness and building cash reserves you too can be a Jr. Trump!  Starting with what most people understand well...Single Family Residences.  See the blog on why we don't recommend 4-plexes to investors especially new investors. 

Currently, there are properties in out of state markets that can position you to receive on the long-term an average of 6%-10% appreciation.   You don't need to worry about finding the properties or finding a property management company because that is all taken care of with us...you need to have your financial house in order and a strategy on how to purchase at least 3-5 within the next 3-4 years.

You can get creative on how to make your first purchases.  We currently have two investors that have been friends since Junior High which have partnered up to purchase property.  They have been pre-approved to purchase 3 properties.  They are currently not married.  Some of you may prefer to invest solo, with your spouse or a very solid friend or family member.  Either way getting in the market is what is important.
