Gray: This looks and sounds like a great home. I cannot tell if it has a three-car, or if the info above says it is a 4 car garage... but still... what a great-looking home. The pricing is very similar to what a quality home of this square footage would be priced at in parts of Fort Worth, as well. I am sure it won't be very long until some happy buyer makes this their new home.

By the way... I was with RE/MAX for eight years, and loved it. I am so glad to see you using the correct capitalization of RE/MAX. Many on AR don't seem to know that, including some RE/MAX brokers I have seen. I am sure Dave, Gail and Margaret Kelly are pleased. And... that Margaret Kelly is one extremely sharp woman.
