Today is "Black Friday", the day after Thanksgiving where almost everyone in America has decided to go shopping on the exact same day. There are people who get up at 3 or 4 in the morning to get the best deals on their Christmas shopping. It seems like the people who make this a tradition are fearless when it comes to shopping.
So I was thinking....this is exactly what is going on for people who are buying a home in St. Louis Park right now. Not that they have to get up at 3 or 4am, but they know that buying a home in St. Louis Park with the current market means getting a great deal on their new home.
