Residential Sales 2012- 2 SOLD - 1 was a foreclosure - 61 average days on market (this is deceiving because one of the homes has been on the market for a few years, it just happened to have a new MLS number because it was recently relisted)

 There are currently 3 PENDING Residential SALES on Lake Nottely for 2012, listed at $280,000 (home with acreage, but questionable lake frontage), $339,000 (cabin off of Cozy Cove Rd/Shore Acres) and $565,250 (foreclosure).
