A while back we created a group called 'Be The Best In Your Field' because we believe that is what we learn to do here on Active Rain.

Recently Maria Morton of Kansas City shared her Kick Butt Listing Consultation. Boy is it a kick butt presentation that she had many requests for. We featured it here in this group.
