A free benefit for NAR members is the Lowe's Realtor benefit program.  I have been using this program for about a year and my clients love it. For sellers you can send a DVD with 3 episodes of designed to sell that cover do's and dont's of home staging.  They also recieve a 10% off coupon for a trip to Lowe's.  They also have home books for buyer clients.  The packaging all comes compliments of you.  The mailings do not cost anything to the Realtor.  If your looking for a new way to reach your clients I recommend looking into this benefit.  You pay your dues, take advantage of your membership.  More information on the program can be found at NAR.com under the benefits link.
