Realtor fir Life!!!
During a whirlwind two days with a new client and finding the perfect home and placing them under contract, they had several questions about the area, restaurants and hair salons. Of course, I was happy to provide them with several suggestions. I was talking with a my new client and soon to be client for life mentioning that I was going to be their "Realtor for life". During my real estate career striving to be my clients "Realtor for life" and with integrity and hard work has really paid off over the years. Recently, our team was fortunate and had the opportunity to participate with 9500 other Realtors in a training in Orlando, Florida and they were teaching the importance of keeping in touch with our buyers and sellers after closing. During the training they strongly emphasized the importance of developing the relationships and continuing them after closing. The day after I returned from Orlando, I had a phone call from a past buyer that had a roof leak. I was the first person he called. He had a home warranty but unfortunately, the repair wasn't covered. Good news, I was able to quickly give him of a couple of general contractors in the area that he could call.
We love being the first call for our clients at any point in the transaction. Before, during or after the closing.
