A sale is now pending on this 2 story log cabin overlooking Lake Livingston in beautiful Carolina Cove.

My buyers will be happy homeowners in mid March! Their sister lives in the neighborhood.

We have very happy buyers AND happy sellers.

Carolina Cove is my old stomping ground. Rick and I lived in Carolina Cove for 12 years. It is a wonderful neighborhood with loving people. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are only 7 miles from Riverside (Population 510). Okay.... so being in the middle of nowhere is a good thing! We like it that way!

Holy smokes Joni you're on fire. The last house you sold fooled me because I didn't think there was that many trees in TX, now you sold a cabin on water.

I guess I'm going to have to get down to TX and see what it's really like. I had a cousin and her family move down there a couple of years ago, she said she's never coming back. As a matter of fact her mom and dad just moved down there last year.
