Avril Lavigne has finally sold her Beverly Hills home, which has been on and off the market for some time now. Lavigne had recently purchased a new home for herself in L.A.’s Bel-Air area. Her current home features 12,184 sq. ft. compared to her now sold home with only 6,864 sq. ft.

Football superstar Jerry Rice has decided to change things up a bit and sell his $22 million dollar estate. The mansion features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wine room, complete gym, home theater, game room, and of course a seven car underground garage. Sitting on 1.4 acres of land the property comes complete with pool, spa, guesthouse, and a mature manicured lawn.

Todd Stashwick an actor on the hit FX show The Riches has just bought a new home in the popular Hollywood Hills of L.A. The home features 2,682 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two fireplaces, an entire rooftop deck, and lush gardens all around.
