I am currently pre-qualifying first time home buyers in anticipation with the release of Missouri MHDC Bond Money that is scheduled we are hearing for mid January 2007. In this program the state of Missouri will provide 3% grant to the buyer to go towards closing costs or down payment. Many times if this is combined with a 100% loan there is no funds needed at closing.
If you have someone looking and they have not owned a home in the last 3 years or never have owned a home, I can get them prequalified fairly quickly we will then have time for them to find a house so that in mid January we will be able to reserve the bond funds.
