Care for Your Castle -- and It Will Care for You

Your home represents an investment, as well as being a protective haven for your family and possessions. Have you the foresight to protect it? If you have been through an emergency or disaster, you know the importance of this question. If you have only experienced a disaster through the news, you can only begin to imagine. But like many homeowners, you may be asking how you begin to tackle the task of being prepared for emergencies? Begin by looking at the structure and systems in your home.

I don't know that castle, but I would love to visit it! I had an opportunity once to walk through a castle on a tour and it was fascinating!

Great castle. Checking your house regularly is a great idea. Hire you local Home Inspector to do a maintenance check up. The REMAX Home Buyer's Survival Guide recommends an InterNACHI Home Inspector.

I toured many castles in England and Scotland but that one does not look familiar.  They require a large staff to maintain them and make the typical home maintenance routine look like a piece of cake.
