The Millionaire Real Estate Agent Book club that is hosted by my sponsor and fellow Krller Williams partner Keisha Hosea is truly a blessing. We meet on Friday mornings at the Chino Hills Market Center. We meet with fellow partners to discuss the book, I always seem too learn something new to apply to my business. The Book "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" is a big part of my business plan, in fact I think of it as the foundation of my business model. The book identifies three core issues that lead to success in real estate sales "Three L's" Lead, Listings and Leverage.
Lead generation should come "first, last, and always,"
Listings give you a better return on your time.
Leverage using people, systems, and tools.
For me when I find myself doing busy work not directly related to these three keys I stop.
