I have been a Real Estate Consultant for sometime now and I couldn't be more excited about the market now and in 2008!
Some realtor's are scared and for good reason. The market is a scary place right now where ever you live, especially for clients that have to sell for what ever reason.
Imagine going to the potential clients home and presenting a CMA and breaking the truth to them. Imagine them getting upset that your price is far from what they want and probably need. Then imagine your self taking their price and spending your marketing dollars on another over-priced house and in six months the listing expires. Then they list their home at your original price with another agent. This is a scenario that happens way to often and will continue to happen if you let it.
I take a different approach and I know the results of my actions in 2008 will be nothing short of amazing. I will not let the sellers dictate my business. There are opportunities in every kind of market imaginable and I'm going to take full advantage of every opportunity as they come and I search them out.
This is the first installment of My Road to Success in 2008. I wish everyone the ultimate best in the coming year and look forward to telling and hearing about the many success stories that will make the coming year the best yet!
