That's a very optomistic number of closings 95%?  Maybe you should double the income, and the rest of the formula, just in case there are fewer closings.  Good luck!

A business plan is so important to have.  YOu should always make it attainable, and then revise your goals half way through the year as well.

Bryan,  I appreciate the information.  Everyone has their own way of developing a personal business plan.  The most important thing is to have one!  As has been said many times, if you don't know where you are going how will you know when you get there!  Thanks for the blog.

It is my firm belief that a business plan must include the monthly, weekly or even daily activities that you will perform to reach your  goals. 

 For example I know that for every 100 leads I am able to close 2 transactions.  My plan anticipates 20 closed transactions so I will need to generate 1000 leads. or 90 per month or 3 new leads per day I think your plan needs to specify exactly how you plan  to generate those leads.
