Gainesville has got Spring Fever! Our Gainesville weather over this past week has been great, and I think that the buyers are getting a bit of spring fever to buy their next home in Gainesville.
Beautiful blue skies, low of 56 and the high at about 85. It's been great weather and the start of daylight savings time is giving home buyers time to see a home or two after work during the week.
