Well it's that day of the year again and I don't really find it that exciting. I know that there's a lot of people who use this day to make resolutions and try and better themselves, but that's not me. I find that, in my past, when I relyed on the changing of the years to better my life, that I didn't really follow through with anything. It usually lasted about a week or two and it simply faded away. What I find works for me is to take stock of my life and the things I want to change on a daily or weekly basis. When I realize that there's something that I want to work on or change in myself, I work on it starting that day. It works for me and I've never turned back.
