There were 9 single family homes that Sold in Sold In Rocky Point Long Island Long Island within the Rocky Point School District #9 in February, ranging in price from $100,000 for a 3 bedroom 1 bath Cape that was listed as Bank Owned, to $472,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath Contemporary style home.
These sales reflect those single family homes Sold in Rocky Point Long Island that were listed on multiple listing service and do not include for sale by owner, non-member or non-published sales, nor does it include condo units.

Average Listing Price: $225,000 Average Selling Price: $215,000
