Tatum Ranch real estate continues to show marked improvement in all but one area - the number of active listings. Values are up 4.5% in the last 6 months and the DOM (days on market) have decreased to only 51 average days to sell. The inventory has decreased to a 1.74 month supply - the lowest amount of active listings in 5 years!!!!

Tatum Ranch is conveniently located near Tatum Blvd and Cave Creek Rds just minutes north of the Loop 101 and minutes south of the historic western town of Cave Creek. Tatum Ranch is located within the highly rated CCUSD (Cave Creek/Carefree United School District.) There is local shopping and restaurants within the subdivision - no need to use that expensive gasoline.

Kathleen, you hit THAT right on the target. Tatum Ranch and most of Scottsdale and Cave Creek truly has such a low inventory of homes actively listed. Wait until you see the next two subdivisions I'll be featuring tomorrow - it's the same everywhere in Scottsdale and Cave Creek and most of Maricopa County real estate.
