I have been using a great program in partnership with Lowes. It entitles anyone who lists a home for sale with me or uses me as their buyers agent on their purchase to save up to 1000.00 at Lowes.
The way the program works is that about 10 days after we start the prelisting for a seller or we purchase the home as a buyer you will receive a 10% off coupon for Lowes. You can purchase up to 10000.00 and get 10% off. You can use it on carpet, most appliances, lawn and garden tools, just about anything Lowes carries.
